i also have few spy calls and aapl calls on your system . i am very patient with gold as i have emailed you privately did very well with gold and etf's beginning of this year. on options i build a position no big moves . i sold 40 contracts last week 85% gain. i also hold the etfs and use options around that. also the fast money dude carter worth gave a buy on gld friday who knows anyway my best trades on gold usually around this time of year into feb march. 

have march options 

gold has been hugh winner and etfs and stks. i own uslv been buying it on dips for months and idea out there that trade war is over etc  it will breakout. not happy with GUSH but it is on sale .
