FYI - I've been short VXX since Friday and that has been great. This volatility thing is very interesting to watch. VXX is longer term and does not match the VIX but it does move very nicely and trends well.

I've been watching both and the VXX doesn't always follow the VIX. Look at the 2:30 to 3:15 today. VIX was up and VXX kept dropping. Why is that? It really doesn't track well.

Don't count your chickens just yet...I like the systems, but the DJR seams a little overbought. Don't be surprised if the system looses today.

Anyone here shorting NKE? Looks like some people are. Lots of volume today and down $3 this week.

In an IRA you can't buy/sell until the money clears. That's about 3-5 days usually I believe. All brokers should be about the same. Don't day trade an IRA account is the answer.

Interesting day. I took your advise. Closed out my DRV at 18.73 and shorted. Nice play today. I love our the DJR move ahead of the market. You could just tell that once we started to go positive on the SPY the DJR would take off. It dropped too much this morning.

Wow - almost green on a DOW +150 day. Something is very strange here.

They are having server issues today. Spikes and data issues. I got 10 free trades for complaining. What a joke.

Is anyone getting the crazy data spikes today? I haven't seen them in a while. One second TZA is 13.30 the next it is 13.45 and then back again. These can't be real orders. I'm using TDA for my data today.
