He's a bought guy - reads off the cartel's teleprompter in return for privileged information.

Sethbru - Don't know if jtverr recommended this, but if he did not, get "The Creature From Jekyl Island" by G. Edward Griffin. Or, just do a search for G. Edward Griffin on You Tube. He is the foremost authority on the Federal Reserve.......which is  NEITHER"federal" NORa "reserve".

Great Charts

Roger - You put out some great charts. I studied them the last time you posted because I couldn't figure out if your indicators were giving you actual buy and sell signals - where the vertical red and green lines are drIawn - or if they were just drawn in afterwards. Are they signals generated by your indicators? I tried doing a google search to find you because I thought you had a charting service that I could subscribe to.

I like the 60 min DEC:ADV ratio indicator you posted today - gives great signals. I trade off a 5 min TNA & TZA chart and use a TNA:SPX ratio to generate my signals. Your indicator will help me to stay in the trade. By the looks of your indicator, we have a ways to go on this move.

Thanks,

Neil

The three types of liars

What do you call

You know what they say Matt - There are  liars........ damn liars........and statistics!

Aren't you glad you're trading instead of working for Monsanto - they would have you in front of a press confrence saying, "This GMO  corn is perfectly good for you - wouldn't hurt a fly.........well, maybe a fly but it makes great tasting cornflakes".

Gold Bull Seasonals

Posted by evne01 on 30th of Sep 2010 at 11:26 am

Gold Bull Seasonals show significant drops during the end of Sept. to mid Oct.

They usually bottom in 2nd or 3rd week in Oct. - then UP strong to Feb/Mar

Seasonality shows that sharp pullbacks tend to occur at the very end of Sept to mid-Oct which is usually a great entry point.

Matt - These swing systems may become really important if Pelosi rams through the 1% financial transaction tax in the "lame duck" congress before year's end. It will absolutely kill scalping and short term trades.

Really excited to see the S&P swing system when it's ready to roll - you manage to consistently add value to BPT - great job, great site!

Glad you mentioned PALL - I took a look at the 60 min chart (couldn't post for some reason) and the PALL:GDX ratio is very smooth and gives great trade signals - check it out
