Yes, I saw your chart when Steve first posted it after I posted
mine. Steve's was a better version of mine.
I have made many great trades from the charts you both have
posted.
I wanted to say that of the many charts, the SQQQ chart has been
a great gain for me lately. I did sell half on the open at
$12.00 and felt really good as I was looking for a pop and drop...
as you have stated for several days the market needed a a well
deserved rally.
I learned a long time ago from you that you need to take profit.
So I traded my plan.
Wish I would have not made that trade but, I booked it, Danno.
This chart I posted on 8/2023 has kept me in my precious metal
stocks and has produced huge gains. I don't wish for what may
come of this escalation but, I must do my best.
I saw that last night on lfs6b, and thought, WTF! This
what these bozos are thinking. Chilling and alarming.
As an aside comment, please keep commenting here. I know
several that are members here and we read your comments and it is
definitely one reason we come to the "trading community"
please keep it up.
A lot of the AG stocks have tested a 50% retrace of yesterday's
big up candles. SILJ as a proxy for the junior metals shows a
strong retest and recovery of the juniors.
Time to tighten the helmet chin strap, grasp the handlebars
tight and hang on.
So true and so funny. When I self-check I always feel I
should get paid. Since, I'm not trained on this machine I
make a lot of mistakes.
Organic vegetables for instance, are always non-organic.
Sometimes, the packages of good meat-cuts stick together and
only one gets scanned.
Often, the machine asks if I put an item in the bag. Like
it's my fault the scanner didn't scan it... I'm not trained on this
machine! The check-out monitor person punches something into
their hand-held computer thing, and I always get the thumbs up that
every thing is cool and I just carry on.
Next, I scan a produce bag of something like avocados, and
the machine asks me how many items??? I don't know, I have 3
avocados but, it seems to me they are all one type of item.
Oh, and that stupidly worded question at the end... "How many
bags do I wish to purchase?" None! I don't want to
purchase any.
Lastly, I love the free news paper stands by the door on the way
out.
Member since about 2007 or earlier? Have been there with
my dad, whom I talked to most every night about the market.
He was 95, and trading gold stocks on his
computer the night before he got sick and went to the hospital.
When you lose your dad life gets a little bit heavier. I
still miss him, talking to him, and I know I was surely blessed to
be his son.
Grieve and let time pass. Be a great father.
