The Allergists voted to
scratch it and the Dermatologists advised not to make any
rash moves.
The Gastroenterologists
had sort of agut feelingabout it, but
theNeurologiststhought the
administration had a lot of nerve, and theObstetriciansfelt they were all
laboring under a misconception.
TheOphthalmologistsconsidered the idea
shortsighted. ThePathologistsyelled, 'Over my dead
body!' while the Pediatricians said, 'Oh, Grow up!'
The Psychiatrists
thought the whole idea was madness, the Radiologists could see
right through it, and the Surgeons decided to wash their hands of
the whole thing.
The Internists thought
it was a bitter pill to swallow and thePlastic Surgeonssaid, 'This puts a
whole new face on the matter.'
The Podiatrists thought
it was a step forward, but theUrologistsfelt the scheme
wouldn't hold water.
The Anesthesiologists
thought the whole idea was a gas and theCardiologistsdidn't have the heart
to say, "No".
In the end, the
Proctologists left the decision up to the assholes in
Washington.
The fork in the road Gustav is about to come to means that this
IS NOT A FLORIDA STORM.Instead
a turn west means lookout in the gulf. Florida is by no means off
the hook as the GFS is lost with its ideas further east and that
system will be in play on the Labor Day weekend. Typical GFS
feedback as we saw with the empbryonic stages of Fay, feed off and
take it northeast.
Gustav though is its own storm. The statistics dont lie. Storms
south of Hispaniola that hit southeast Cuba and get into the
atlantic rarely go into the gulf ( only Inex 1966, and that tried
to recurve first) However move them between Jamaica and Cuba and
lookout gulf.
SInce I dont think this will get that far north ( across
southern Cuba) it leaves us with this breaking the weak trough in
its way and getting under the ridge, with only land and water temps
to stop it from being included in the video..storms gone wild as
far as intensification
FLorida, I believe is off the hook..however further west..there
will be test from this pest which will have plenty of zest...Okay I
'll give it a rest..its all for the best

THE WEATHER LESSON CONTINUES.
GFS is continuing to shift east Fays track. Now it appears the
one almost impossible forecast is no longer on the table (
intensifying storm up the west coast of Florida) and the Drudge
report has changed their headline from its threat to Tampa as it
had last night to Florida. Looking that the wind field with the
recon showing a large area of 50kt plus winds northeast of the
center...better watch out in Miami.
But the GFS being the GFS is now trying for the Dora (1964)
scenario as it takes the storm on the path I have to off north
Florida, then turns it west into the old coast of northeast
Florida. For more likely is the hit on the coast further north,
from Ga north.
I used the term "relocate" because if a position at 2 am is at
81.1 and then at 5 am is 80.9, it can not be "moving" north
northwest as the second one is further east than the first. It was
not meant to be sarcastic, but to state the truth as per the
positions given. Either the storm had to be relocated, or it is
moving east of north but not moving north northwest with the
relocation.
RP--sorry about your bad trades, you will get it back.I know it
hurts.I took a BIG loss on my short CNX two weeks ago--about a day
away from the top.THAT REALLY HURTS
Stock is down to my original short price today
Just too busy right now to trade(concentrate)..Was lookin to buy
and hold dug around 28 but missed that too..Still think DUG sees
34-35..Where do u think a good entry would be for me to buy and
hold dug? around 30 area
RP--When oil will be ready to really come down, the oil shorts
will be so bloodied and traumatized that the only ones left to
short will be the bulls---and they will then go short

Be careful about making statements like 'it will not, it must happen, it can't happen. The market can do anything it wants to.
Many years ago on the CME floor a trader told me"The market is gonna do what it's gonna do,when it's gonna do it--No matter what"
I dont want to hear
wow..busy weekend on the blog....glad i went on vacation.... "black swans"......interesting ...
