Matt regarding iwm do you see the neckline at approximately 193.50 or 191.50?

Matt, Steve: IWM underperforming today (first time in awhile) but RVX getting hit to the downside. Does this mean there is  no fear at all with respect to the RUT?

Matt, Steve, is there a cycle  buy on 2 hour SPX  and a cycle sell on QQQ?

QQQ intraday, Matt and Steve, are my eyes deceiving me or am I seeing inverse head and shoulder patterns on the short-term intraday charts (5 and 15 min) on the Qs?

QQQ 15 min , Steve am I seeing a possible H&S assuming it does not get through the resistance zone you show? 30 and 60 min charts look similar. Thoughts?

TNX: Matt, what do you make of TNX being up huge (almost 15%) ?  Would seem to bode well for the broad market. And yet VIX is up and HYG is down. Strange
