The link works for me, be sure if you have a pop up blocker that
it isn't stopping the chart. When 13 crosses below 34 I
sell 1/3 , then when it crosses below 54 I sell another, then when
34 goes below 54 I sell the last third and go short 1/3 via the SH.
It's just me, but I don't go more than 1/3 short in IRA's. You can
go fully short if you want but I don't find it works that
well. I do this in thirds as to try and prevent whipsaws.
