buy the way when I tried to buy this stock on line i had to call
scottrade. they told me the stock was restricted. i asked
what that meant . they said they are watching who buys the stock.
woulnt tell me anything else. never ran in to this before. must of
though i was martha stewart.

restricted shares are issued to insiders who are restricted from selling until a certain date. Has nothing to do with the shares trading.
