Also, if you normally use Firefox try using Internet
Explorer. However try restarting your computer, sometimes I
have trouble with the audio files if I haven't restarted my
computer in a few days.

Had the same problem with 2nd update but was able to hear a few min..Dont go by me--this machine etc is a piece of SHIT

Thanks good to know! I'll check Camtasia to see if they have an update or new version for Firefox.
