How are the option costs calculated?

I want to know, let's say ICE May 2009 95 puts are trading for 0.05. If I want to buy one put option  how is the cost calculated?

    1x100x0.05+fee?

if you buy 10 contracts of an option at .50 cents lets say ...the cost is $500. plus your commission...td ameritrade charges per contract plus the 9.95 per trade on anything u trade.

      ...
