Looks like they're short on funding and are looking to sell shares at these prices. Although I like the company, that's not a good sign. (I wish they'd thought of that when their shares were selling in the $8-14 range and not under $2!). A good site for picking up recent news on companies is www.Google.com/finance. Just type in the name of the company and you'll usually see what's making it move.
