Looks like they're short on funding and are looking to sell
shares at these prices. Although I like the company, that's not a
good sign. (I wish they'd thought of that when their shares were
selling in the $8-14 range and not under $2!). A good site for
picking up recent news on companies is
www.Google.com/finance.
Just type in the name of the company and you'll usually see what's
making it move.

Looks like they're short on funding and are looking to sell shares at these prices. Although I like the company, that's not a good sign.
