filled but went up to 13.92 do you think it's best to wait 30 or 60
minutes after the open to make the trades?
I generally wait 10 - 15 mins after the market opens. Also
realize trades are aggesive at this point on the short side since
the market is oversold, so only nimble traders should be shorting,
especially when a market gap down occurs like we had today that was
already very oversold

I personally try to wait until 10:30AM on Monday's. All other day's I do 10AM. If I do ever trade before its using small share size.
