beneficial...... No carbs of any kind... heck have
both fish and steak, now that is a real carnivore.... Put my
dog on it, bet you could not guess, he loves it.

I haven't eaten beef since I was 17.
Pro tip - never order a grilled sourdough burger from Jack in
the Box in the middle of the night on an acid trip....you might
never eat beef again either!
Being a Smiths fan probably doesn't help (Meat is
