As far as selling, do what fits you. Maybe consider
locking in something. Again the trade ideas I put out are not meant
as day trades, many can be held for a week to several weeks or
longer.
If you are a day trader, great, you can exit and move on. If you
think it has more to it, could sell some to lock in some gains and
reduce risk and keep some for a runner.
hence the many variables on trading that makes it complex, which
is why folks should follow a plan that fits them with clear cut
rules - otherwise one can get bogged down in all the possibilities
and choices
