NYCB - long halt while they figure out bailout and protect the
rest of the market.
KRE going nutz after being very weak. People
anticipating Gov cheese flowing - they probably already know about
the latest fed "facility." Huge upside volume came into KRE when
NYCB halted.

Market is pretty obviously rigged once you're around it enough.
Back in the day there would have been investigation into the halt
and volume screaming into KRE. Not anymore - everyone looks the
other way these days.
