I'm not sure about that, but remember my monthly TLT chart and
comments: TLT is in a secular bear market now, but things move in
waves, and TLT has declined in a 5 wave structure for 3 years now -
if there's a trade low in place now and that wave 5 completes, then
I would expect a counter trend ABC rally that lasts at least a
year

A very good economist said TNX could go to 4.50 percent from 5.00 and that is exactly where it stopped today.
