"should " but when markets are very oversold or overbought it can
mark a turnaround pivot. Who knows why? August full moon marked the
exact top of the last run up.
I agree with you and have watched Arch Crawford in the 70s and
80s who was a very good technician who used several types of
analysis including the moon and was very good.
