PLEASE PLEASE be very careful about auto refreshing the blog.
The reason I say this is because if you post a message, it will
autorefresh and repost your message a hundred times

There is also a "Duplicate to New Window" option in Firefox. I
always open a new window to post in so that my autorefresh function
doesn't screw up the blog.
