I took a good look at OIH: SPY ratio on daily chart and it had several divergences on recent run up especially versus NOV 7 highs. This maybe a reason why SLB and NINE and others are struggling for the first time.
I heard an opinion that the ratio of OIH: USO ( or /CL) is too high.
It did get extended too. Thanks on your opinion .
