The 60 min bar has a potential A and a Demark 9 here on the 60
min. The A is covering over the 9 but it's there behind it. On
these TS charts the hourly chart closes at 12:30, so it's not yet
confirmed, needs another 30 min

Is there any way to tell if it's Amature buying or selling or is
the assumption that when it happens towards the end of a cycle it's
just a reversal signal so in this case selling ?
fredsaid, if you average all buy orders and sell orders, you
should be able to determine which side the low position side is on.
On the indicators that I have seen, this is not shown. Matt might
have coded his differently. The order and position size information
is available from free market streams in ToS, etc.
