it depends on the nature of he next bounce and what the low will
be. If it's a wave 5, then I would exact a sizeable ABC rally - you
won't want to short until later in wave C. If however we've been in
a wave 3, then a bounce would likely only be a small abc 4th wave
and wouldn't go that far and so you would want to short
that.
