In the bear markets of the last 22 yrs, on a monthly chart of
SPX, when end of month price closed above the midline of Bollinger
bands(21 ema) which is usually flat by then, The Bottom is in
and will not be exceeded on retracement. See arrows.

Are you still holding after 550 point decline? I tried my
best to warn but you were dead set on new highs. Just hope you
exited after I showed the rising wedge at 4325 break and subsequent
channel break as well as strong fundamental arguments against.
