Can anyone reccomend an online broker that has some real
customer service. I tried to set up an etrade account for a family
member with nightmarish results. 3 weeks later we are wiring the
cash back to the bank and looking for a service oriented firm. (had
problems with faxing legible id due to patriot act, no call backs,
etc. what a disaster etrade is). Mobile order entry a plus.

I have used, recommeded and visited SCOTTRADE. $7 tades, great customer service, they also have lots of local offices and low min dep, I think $500
