I've discussed this for months, the New highs - New Lows and how
in bear markets it basically stays below zero. And every time it
gets close to zero or goes positive for a day has marketed the
highs. Every time it does that is a good time to get very defensive
and look for shorts - notice the peaks this year

version in 2008 - as you can see every time that different went up
near zero or went positive for a day was a peak in the market
