realize that if we are in a bear market this is early bear
market, not like mid to fall 2008, more like late 2007, or Mar
2000.
The VIX is going up just fine with the market, same for VVIX,
they will still end in some sort of spike.
don't get caught up in all that technical minutia crap - follow
the price actions and chart patterns themselves. Stay focused, and
try to keep emotions checked.
