exercising the options prior to the announcement of the deal is a
stupid move. Option value would have soared compared to
stock value. I don't think there's a story
here.

She just exercised 10 million in $MSFT shares on 03/19. $MSFT then launched a 22 military deal. She sits directly on relevant committees.
She also just bought 1 million $RBLX.
