I always thought that the confirming candle had to immediately
follow the trigger candle, but that's not how Steve described it
this time. @Steve - How many bars do you give for the
confirmation candle to appear before the trigger is invalidated?
Personally, I always enter on the trigger candle and then add
on the confirmation candle.
