Now breaking out above the 50 day, I know its not an ev stock so
nobody cares lol pays near a 10% yield though and wildly
undervalued with 99% rent collections in sunbelt areas in addition
to high wealth grocery anchored. I know some of the properties
having lived in FL the last 6 years. Showed this yesterday before
this move started. Nice risk/reward
