One can certainly empathize when a company goes through this
type of scrutiny. I too had shares at one time and sold last fall.
Short of a class action lawsuit, not sure how one can retrieve
their investment.
I don't have a big enough position but I think a "class action"
will probably come out of it. The thing is, will the company
survive or would it be like getting water from a stone?
