Thanks pkrsek (and all) - see Fed Kashkari comments.  One thing is that this is first and foremost a health issue that has produced massive economic dislocation - hard to say how things unfold but it appears one should expect some degree of rolling flare ups and controls until a vaccine or proven therapy is in place.    My theme in such an environment is to continue to take things one day at a time and making larger bets only when supporting evidence is in place.
