We are at @ 21 (extreme fear) on the CNN fear and greed
index as of 1620 yesterday. Given the news last night that there is
an untraceable coronavirus case in California, we are probably in
the teens.
I think we were at 8 at December 2018 low, seems like we're
getting close to max fear.
