DCIX falling wedge near recent lows

DCIX is controlled now by management with 3 guys owning over 50% of the company and trades at a 60% discount to NAV (net asset value).  Q4 (current quarter) will be strong based upon shipping rates.  This reminds me of DRYS where the big guy bought it out (stole it at that price).   Too small for institutions so must play the waiting game.  The CEO took shares at $1.05 and $0.904 in exchange for $21 million.  They would be smart to do a tender offer (similar to what they have done with DSX numerous times) to take shares out of float at a discount for those willing to sell.   That in turn would increase the NAV to even higher levels.  They are now primarily a tanker company as a result of the recent purchases and sales of container ships - wise move with rates on tankers much better.  The bottom line is the Greeks (very greedy)  hold the cards and will be interesting to see the end game - my average price is below the CEO so I will play the game with him.

    Thank you for the insight
