Wait for a decisive reversal candle - since last year
Microcap stocks have been down 30%+ as retail investors are
paralyzed in this environment. Fundamentals are progressing
but one must separate from the technicals. I'm seeing very
little action across the board in most microcaps/small caps.
Insiders own a big percentage and are under a 2 year lock
up/workout agreement.
Here is an observation on microcaps from a widely followed
newsletter writer (@StockReversals). Only time will tell if
we begin to see a change but very true about the past 12 months for
this group.

Predictive's facilities recently - as stated many times, wait for a
technical reversal on the chart just like any other stock.
Remain prudent as this has been quite volatile. Take
profits on decent moves to protect.
