GBTC was coiled suggesting a big move - odds favored down since
that was the primary trend direction - trade what's in front of you
and respect price action
yep those coils generally result in a big move, think of like a
coiled spring (which is another name to them) energy is built up
and suddenly released.
Funny I was looking at the chart last night and I did notice the
moving averages were all sloping down, upon a quick daily view you
would think it was in a triangle and going to break out to the
upside but when you looked closer and the weekly chart it told a
different story (which is playing out today).
