7.77 m shs by 6 insiders at avg px of 11.90...and JAB
tendered $11.65 150 mil shs or 20% of OS...now owns 60% of
company...thses guys are executives with a lot of consumer industry
experience ...stk acts better tday....love to hear some technical
commentary...thx
I bought it earlier today because it broke out of a rounded or
fry pan bottom pattern above the 9ema. Thanks for sharing the
insider buying. MACD also crossed recently.
