Matt, could you please update us on the status of the other
Paint Dry Systems (especially Emerging Markets, International)?
You commented the other week that the S&P500 system would
not be turning up very quickly after flipping to cash (if at all)
because of the somewhat slow moving nature of the indicators used.
But as EM and International (and Russel etc.) turned down
much earlier in 2018, their situation could be different,
correct?
