I've lost count of the times that  I too believed that sentiment as a one time  died in the wool gold bug.  Logic (apparent)  and plain old common sense, not to mention my gut  continually lost  out to a  market can be an incredibly fickle and irrational mistress. Matt and Steve have done a great job forcing me in refocusing my trading habits to sift through the emotion and hyperbole and stick to the  system(s) and strategies that they have successfully used for years.
