private placement and open market (trading shares) after visiting
the company. Still early stage but their IP and Patents are
reason for my investment. Also have consulting agreement with
3rd party/company for shares. See Wilson Sonsini who is a
premier IP and Patent attorney firm. Only a speculative play
at this stage so avoid unless you have conducted your own due
diligence.
I don't have a crystal ball for predicting price
(especially on parabolic moves) so execute your plan accordingly.
One does not have to be an all or none trader (can sell a few
along the way to reduce risk). Longer term fundamentals and
prospects remain promising but I had no idea the stock would
explode this fast - sold some freely tradeable shares but have
restricted shares for longer term hold via private placement.
Do NOT chase - remain prudent or avoid completely.
