Matt, here we have an interesting situation - the 60 Stochastic
being rejected at 80% and crawling along underneath that line,
while the MACD is recycling to zero. I have no idea whether this
has any relevance whatsoever, but thought I might point it out.
best to look at other time frames and the patterns, on that time
frame the MACD looked fine. Also take a look at a 3 min SPX,
on that time frame 60 Stochastic is trending over 80% the whole
time, which told you it was strong
