The bigger mess in Euro zone and more problems with this
currency it's better for US$ and stock market in US. Money is
leaving Europe. With negative rates European Banks are having more
and more problems (looks at Italy as of today). Some investors will
be buying gold (mostly retail guys). Some will park money in US
currency and stock market as well. As long as US government
represents some kind of sort of stability money will keep coming.
It's true second part of July to end of August (and even October)
$VIX normally goes up. Personally I'm waiting for $VIX to get below
$11 to buy some ETFs
