TLT is finishing wave 3 up, IMO. Given a present bearish
sentiment, it will be a good counter-trend trade but it may come
only in March with a bigger sell-off into lower 1700s. FWIW.
I would sell a flash-crash up like we saw in 10/14. Also, we're
getting back to all-time high levels here & that could well
give a 4th wave. Personally, I've been long so long for macro &
technical reasons (just trading around a core position) that
there's no way I'm going to short it; but I may go flat on a
liquidity event and wait for the next buy set-up.

The more these rallies get whacked, the higher the risk of a bigger flush out. Not sure why counter-trend is attractive in these conditions.
