Since no one can predict the market, Close to the all time highs, I went to 50% cash and left 50% in a NYSE Vangaurd ETF..If the market pulls back 20%+, I will buy back clos to the low..
What is wrong with that?
Nothing... I did something similar Dec 31
long ACWX 50% (eur etf)
Deep value Stocks 25% / Stuff trading at 60c on the dollar
Cash 25%
