    Not sure Alex on the Rut as I'm not watching that index but as you have drawn it does have the opposite look but not sure of that time frame etc. 

    The primary pattern I was focused on was the rising wedge..the diamond had yet to complete and was only speculation.

    Alex my example was a 15 minute continuous chart expanded out further..as you can see it broke down.  I'm not fond of trading diamonds too often and thus I look for other patterns within.

    That reminds me of meeting Barbara Eden (Jeannie) a few times at parties. She hadn't aged at all (not Hollywood 'non-aging) and was as sweet as her character.
