    added some price targets, USO met the conservative measurement, the next one is around 28.5

    with today's sell off, Crude Oil is probably tagging that trendline from 1998

    And XLE looked really bearish too in that rising wedge yesterday   ...  with Oil in a bear flag, I would have been all over this yesterday if I wasn't travelling ... ERY would have paid nicely on this
