Those circuit breakers really changed from what I had
remembered.....I seem to remember every time the market was down
350 or so, they would kick in. Maybe they changed them along with
the tick rule.

Circuit Breaker, Curbs...same thing....I haven't noticed them
either and when we were down 500 it made me think about it. I think
they changed things along with the uptick rule.....free market
stuff....until things get unraveled.....

These have really changed......
Level 1- 1200 points down-Before 2pm halts for 1 hour, 2-2:30 Halt for 30 minutes. At or after 2:30, no Halt unless we reach level 2
Level 2-2,400 Points down- Before 1 PM, halt for 2 hours, Between 1pm and 2 pm, halt for 1 hour, At of after 2 pm, no trading resumed for the day
Level 3- 3,600 points down
Doesn't look like we'll see

Think they used to call them curbs. Haven't noticed them in a good while. When did they stop the curbs?
