Good for you, I was after some GDX just as it took off but at
least I had some AGQ to comfort me as well as some Sept short puts
which I am expecting to be out of the money on Friday. I am doing
much more with short puts and covered calls these days since the
market is so messed up.
I'm with you on this one, virtually all of those puts i 'put' on
(read sold) in July/Aug (see my 7/25 and 7/29 posts) will be
otm and expire worthless on friday.
. it's been a nice ride, just need a
small pullback today/tomorrow so i can write some more on monday.
and Kudos to BPT for pointing out the PM trades
