Clarify, this is simply a trigger for a TRADE setup. How far
it goes remains to be seen and it may form a lower high for another
bigger swing setup short.

Since RUT is (or will be soon) butting its head up against the
bottom of the H&S pattern it broke down from, would you short
here with a stop above the neckline?
