different from the sell price, which it shouldn't be. Love

catching the typos, I was kind of excited to post it as I worked on
this on the weekend and didn't double check over my numbers close
enough before posting, here's the corrected spreadsheet, the stats
jump up a bit for a total return to 400 times, just crazy
