In the chart's favor, on the daily, price is sitting on the 200
ma. Not in its favor, price is below the 50 ma, 20 ma and 9
ema. 14 and 60 stochastics approaching oversold but not there
yet. MACD hasn't crossed to a bullish configuration.
For me, I would not be willing to predict this is a bottom
(short term or otherwise) without any indicators supporting that
prediction.
