The VIX buy signal came yesterday with it closing back within
the upper bollinger band...with that said the signal itself may
only be good for a small bounce (even as little as one day like
today) while other times it represents a larger inflection point.
The advance off the bottom has been fairly choppy thus far and the
SPX still remains in a downtrend...the onus remains on the bulls. I
will review tonight.
